The task is the mechanical assembly and installation of the solar panel racks on the screw piles on the ground and the fastening of the solar panels to the racks. The job does not require professional education or experience in the field, nor does it require knowledge of Finnish or English. The salary is in accordance with the collective agreement in the construction industry with the supplements that belong to it. The work is physical in nature and takes place outdoors, but it is also suitable for women and is not particularly heavy. The work is done in a nice crew at a well-organized site. It is done at ground level, and there is no risk of falling or other work accidents typical of the construction industry. The duration of the work is 12-14 months, but the work can be continued at another site and another location after this site is finished. There is two construction sites, both are in Savonlinna. If necessary, we can assist in obtaining an apartment, but we try to find job seekers primarily in the nearby area.

Requirements for the employee: Experience in physical or mechanical work and willingness to do physical work. Sufficient health for physical work. Work safety card (we can train if necessary). Work permit. 18 years of age.
