Arctic Lifestyle is one of the oldest and most established safari companies in Rovaniemi, and in December we will open a new Posti Hotel in the old Post House. We want to offer our customers comprehensive, personal and personal service. In the coming winter season, we have 33 spacious and comfortable hotel rooms and our customers can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and comprehensive services including transportation and safari services.
For the coming winter season, we are looking for employees for our hotel's reception and safari services to the front desk. Duties include customer service by phone, e-mail and on-site customer service. The duties also include the sale of lobby bar products and souvenirs. Daily working hours are morning and evening shifts every day of the week.
We expect from you: - initiative, sales spirit and flexibility - a positive attitude towards work and colleagues - hygiene and dosage passport - fluent English language skills
For your benefit, we look at: - previous experience in customer service, hotel and travel industry or sales - other languages such as Spanish, Italian - Local knowledge of Rovaniemi and surrounding areas
